These not-quite FailCoins are not yet DeadCoins. They don’t fall under the category of ScamCoins either.

That’s how they become StaleCoins. Right now there’s little to no activity going on and these coins have become stale.

On the bright side, all is not lost. In the event of a community takeover, a change in the Dev team or other significant action, there is a chance they could be revived and brought back to life. The listed was started on 5/23/2014 and should grow substantially over the next few weeks as we investigate more altcoins, so make sure to stop back often.
